One of the worst scotia branch I have encounter!! Manager was so rude, she is having a big attitude problem.. I never suggest anyone to visit this branch even for withdrawal

They are suppose to close at 5pm on Mondays. However, for some reason they Closed early at 4:30pm. I needed to pick up my bank card unfortunately i couldn’t because they decided not to follow their business hours mentioned on google.

Worst branch ever! Had an appointment at noon which I went with a 3 year old. Waited for about 30 minutes at the branch and was promised a call. Over 3 hours later and no call. Sue was extremely disrespectful towards our family and we won’t be coming back. We will transfer out accounts to somewhere where our business is appreciated. You should be ashamed of how badly you treat your customers with no consideration whatsoever!

Went to this bank to deposit a cheque to my scotiabank and they said it will take 5 business days before i use the money bullshitttt!! i never going back to this branch again the other scotia branch is not like that you can use the money right after deposit and i talk to costumer service online about this and they said this branch actually the one hold the money for 5 business days so this branch is suckssss if you want to deposit money go to other branch not here if you need the money for emergency dont go to this branch

I am doing banking at Scotiabank for the past 8 years. And every little thing that you need is a headache. I had an appointment today after waiting for 1 week and a half and they had me waiting for over 2 hours. Then they said they would call me when the advisor is finally finished with the other appointment, which they never did. It was extremely disrespectful and without consideration for my schedule. Very sad!

I am very thankful to Shelley Base and other Shelley (teller person) for providing extraordinary support. They are knowledgeable and always there to support the clients with their needs. I also appreciate the manager on duty for being responsive and answering out-of-the-box questions.

Want to deposit a cheque before open hours? Don't bother, lobby is always full of sleeping homeless people. What a safe way to handle my finances!
