I searched and found his website online and thought I’d take a chance. After visiting Ken’s Showroom, I was totally amazed and knew immediately that my search was over. My Condo kitchen and bathroom cabinets went from feeling old and tired to being new bright modern rooms. My dreams have been realized with exciting, impressive features! Ken Ritchie is a dependable builder dealing in high quality products, excellent craftsmanship and thoroughness for detail.The whole experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Ken was one of the companies that quoted our island. We decided to go with Ken as he explained everything and was extremely knowledgeable and kind. The island came out beautifully. It looks like a piece of furniture. He also accommodated the space for a beverage fridge and the dovetail drawers and Blum motion soft closing doors are the extras! Ken was transparent, honest and a breeze to work with. We highly recommend his services. Thank you Ken!

My parent's kitchen came in on time and on budget. Mr Ritchie and all of his trades (plumbers, electricians, etc.) were very courteous and hard working.The kitchen is great quality, looks wonderful and they are very happy with the outcome.Mr. Ritchie, you make great kitchens!

We hired this company earlier in 2022. The first initial meeting seemed to go ok. However, when our kitchen finally arrived, it was the wrong colour. The island in particular. When it was brought to Ken Ritchie attention, he denied we chose another colour. We also did not get certain hardware we paid for. He displayed anger and frustration insisting we were wrong. Then we discovered a discrepancy in the balance. We were going to be overcharged had we not noticed. Finally the material used was an MDF wood. After cleaning our floors, all of the moulding had ballooned and is utterly ruined. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Our overall experience was terrible.

Ken and team designed and installed our new kitchen and we are thrilled with the results! From Ken's redesign of our space to his craftsmanship and attention to detail, we couldn't be happier. Ken knows kitchens - what works and what doesn't, and his work is beautiful. We are SO glad that we spent a little extra and went with Ritchie's instead of using IKEA. It was completely worth it! Our old, ugly, tiny, townhouse kitchen has been transformed into a spacious, functional kitchen that looks like something out of a magazine. Highly, highly recommend!!
