Had great customer service. Sales Associate, Riley Wilson, was very patient and informative as we worked through the process of purchasing new phones. He set our new phones up, graciously working past store hours as he made sure all was working properly. A great store to visit.

We visited The Source a few times this week trying to get a new cell phone. We were confronted with a series of ineptitudes on the part of Bell Mobility that went on for 3 days. Crystal went beyond our expectations to get us a phone and plan at a great deal and helped us deal with the issues we were having with Bell. If it weren't for Crystal's efforts, we would have walked away from the deal.

Had a great experience with a Salesman at the Source I a pair of headphones that I love the sales person Mohit Goel help me in choosing the right pair of headphones. I was in a lot of confusion before entering the store but he answered my questions in the best way possible and I would recommend you to check out the Source to get your electronics from the store.. they are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in choosing the right products for you..

Riley is the best salesman I have had the pleasure meeting, highly reccomended, fast, efficient and friendly. This gentleman deserves a raise and he should be a manager with a skillset such as these.

The sales people in the store are Courtesy but they didn't sim not to know there product, I got a Bose cordless speaker. I got it home just to find out you need to charge it up. You see I am very ill they could of menchon you needed a wall charger, now I have to go back to get the charger. Travel is not good for me. The heat is a killer. Out side of that it wasn't bad. Your people should know the product's they sell. So it may be a day or two and as much as a week or two before I can use my Bose speaker. Thanks very much. P.s. i all reddy had an oxygen tank to haul a round.
