ACR Mechanical is a professional, honest, and thorough company. Jack, the owner, promptly replaced heating and cooling units at 2 commercial buildings for my tenants. All of the rooftop units have performed beautifully, even in this extreme heat! One of the tenants even worked out a maintenance plan with him to change filters throughout the year. Jack was such a pleasure to work with and my tenants could not say enough positive things about him. His knowledge and customer service exceeded my expectations. I would recommend him to anyone.

Took the day off work so I could be home for an estimate that has been scheduled for over a week. He didn’t even have the decency to call me and tell me he wasn’t coming, no call no show and I lost wages for the day for nothing. All you had to do is call ahead of time And let me know you weren’t going to be coming it’s that simple. You sir are a disgrace to business owners and contractors alike
