Total management of restoration project. Wind damage, resultant, water damage. James Gibb, project manager ensured delivery of every phase of this restoration with the subcontractors. Excellent follow up, and in fact, had to recall duct cleaners to make the job right. No discussion and no pushback, James just made it right without hassle to me. Service master responded to a flood in my apartment. They got there in a timely manner to pull up the floor and dry everything out. They were great at keeping us up to date throughout the repair - would use this company again!

Basement flooded during a bad storm. Our insurance company contacted Service Master and they sent a crew a few hours later. Removed furniture and carpet sprayed chemical for mole remediation, and installed dehumidifiers and fans. Three days later, they returned and removed their equipment… They were timely at responding and developing and full cost analysis.. Will definitely have them called when/if future needs arise.

Amazing company!! James and his crew were nothing less than amazing. From a tragic event of a fire that destroyed a family home, their team made it as easy as possible. From clean up, tear down, and replacing everything, the professionals they use to complete each piece of project completed everything as we requested. Any issues we needed fixing they were responsive and already resolving it same day! Even two months after completion and our final walk through we noticed something that did not get fixed that was supposed to, and they were there to fix it within hours. To say I’m satisfied with their service is an understatement. I will always be recommending this company for anyone who needs help. Great job Service Master!
