Do not go shopping at this guess location if you want to be disrespected by there employees, I was there the other day and got told my an employee to not touch any clothes and ask first if I need anything, in a very rude with attitude tone, I was shocked as I never heard this before in any store The employees there really need to learn customer service skills

I hd a horrible experience the time i went here. Firstly no price is final and the manager had to come and add a discount. I thought we were buying something on sale, but it was a different price on the register.Now for the manager. He was weird and I felt weirdly unsafe. I dont know who that guy was or if he is fired now but he was slightly balding from the top, thats what I remember and he made my skin crawl. I made a comment to my friend but he i think thought it was about him or something and he just stared back at me with killer vibes. Like no blinking.the rest of the staff was so nice but he was horrible and he started yelling at the poor employees too after. Toxic place

I would have not even given a single star.Have been to other Guess Stores, it’s always good but they need to learn basic courtesy. They are so so disrespectful.They genuinely show that they do not care.A little professionalism and little less of attitude won’t hurt.The collection is alright but the sole reason I am never shopping here is their staff.

This is the location we visit all the time . It always provides great service and wide assortments of apparel. It is especially appealing at the sale times.

I recently shopped here and I would give this store a FIVE store only due to the Manager John. He went out of his way to assist me in my needs for an interview that I had. He listened to my needs and what I was looking for. He took time out of his day to make sure I had the right outfit for my business needs. I hope Guess understands what a great asset he is the to the company. Thank you again and will only be back if John is there due to his great customer service skills and attentiveness.

Worst experience ever in this location. They don’t have courtesy or any respect for the customers. I believe they have the worst customer experience over here. The lady over there and there was a guy they were super racist. The lady was super rude when one of my friend was browsing tees she was again and again asking that she will show the size whichever we were looking for in a very bad way. Lady over there also informed his colleague in the store to keep an eye on us may be they were thinking that we are thieves and the guy was super rude to my friends that don’t touch anything and we felt really bad. This shows that they are super racist and they were treating other customers really well. We were looking forward to buy tshirts but their behaviour made us leave the store without getting anything.

Soooooo disappointed!!!!If I could give no star I would! I just left from shopping here and today was the worst experience ever!Normally, I am greeted and asked if I need any help. Today, I was asked that plus followed around in the store by two employees!!!. I felt like I shouldn’t be there.I couldn’t take it anymore so I went up to one of them and let him know that this shopping experience is different from any of my other experiences shopping here and his response was “and why do you feel like that”? While I caught him peeking in my bag!!! I just looked at him and walked away.I should have read the most recent reviews before coming because obviously things have changed.I’m done this this place!!!

This location is horrible. False advertising all over the store. Signage will say one price you go to the register and the cashier is advising an entirely different price. This has happened multiple times and when you express your frustration the employees care zero. Nor do they update sinage to avoid disappointing the next customer. I will avoid this location going forward. Bad customer service

Worst experience ever at the store when in the store to buy some closing for my child and after trying to find a size ask the employee for help and wasn't really any help after continue looking for the size I wanted 10 minutes being into the store a man came over to me told me not to make no mess if I need a size 2 asked the employee the guy that was folding the clothes complaining I was making a mess like if I was a child I said is he going to follow me all around every time I need a size is he going to get it for me the employee was standing there arguing that that's not his job to fold the clothes or to be in the store how somebody supposed to shop if you cant touch anything in the store to look for a size I will never go back to that store worst experience of my life that I ever experienced in a store living in Canada it's worst experience I ever had just being in the store to shop and manager is the worst manager ever no respect very disrespectful
