I don't know if they did this on purpose, but I had a bad experience with this company. I found a good deal, so I tried to create an account to buy them. But I kept having an error message that their approval was necessary to log in. Though I contacted them several times to activate the account, they just made some excuses and delayed the approval. When I finally got the approval and logged in their website, their sales were already over, and their normal prices are high. So weird company. I won't deal with this company anymore. It was such a wasting time!

I have never ordered from them before and I was looking for only a few items. I was dealing with Verni and placed my order, I happened to find a better price online and reached out to her to cancel it. She was able to match the price even though I am a new customer with no history with them. I was very pleased with the customer support and will definitely look into ordering from them in the future!
