The Jungle Vault

I am now the proud parent of TWO Hognose babies from The Jungle Vault. I got these two at different times and I could not be happier!! the care and detail that went into the raising them to the point where they could be rehoused is obvious! They make sure they are feeding regularly and have a clean bill of health. Mike and Bree are always happy to answer my many annoying questions, Even about my Mourning Gecks that i got elsewhere. Choosing the Jungle Vault for my Reptile needs has been a great choice! and i will be going back again for sure.

My experience purchasing through The Jungle Vault website was excellent. Bree and Mike were fast communicators and made the process easy. I'm very happy with my new little chameleon gecko.

I purchased a pair of Western Hognose snakes and I couldn't be more pleased. I live in BC and was skeptical to have animals shipped across the country but from my first communication with Bree about two months ago until the arrival, the attention and care was outstanding. Bree answered all my questions and added many helpful tips along the way. She sent me updated photos and videos throughout, provided me a file containing activity such as shedding and feeding details. She followed up with me upon their arrival and it was clear to me that she was passionate about her animals and their well being. A+ all around!

Super sweet hognose snakes, very kind breeders. Knowledgeable and very responsive. Willing to meet people partway, etc. Very Covid responsible. There was a transport container issue, but when I brought it up it was appreciated- they seem to really care about their reptiles.

I had such a wonderful experience dealing with them at the reptile expo! I’ve been looking for female fat tails for while. I was in contact before the expo and they were so friendly and helpful. Once I got to the expo they continued to be educational and answered all my questions without skipping a beat. I got two gorgeous fat tail females for a phenomenal price I highly recommend them !

Bree and Mike are awesome! They are incredibly knowledgeable about the cool species that they keep and will answer all the questions you have. They have a wide variety of rare plants and animals to choose from. They were really accommodating to meet me to pick up some plants when it was getting a little to chilly to ship. Over all great experience and will be back. :)

Got a male 6 month-old hognose from the Jungle Vault and picked him at the Reptile Expo.* Very friendly for first time reptile owners.(I was anxious about making sure I prepared all the right things for the hognose, and the staff patiently explained particular parts of the husbandry for the snake that I was unsure of, putting my worries at ease.)* Detailed and personable with the individual reptile they are selling.(Sent me updates on the hognose I had chosen during the weeks I was preparing for him / waiting to pick him up. Gave me details of the hognose's quirks and personality that helped advised me how I should customize my husbandry. At purchase they include a sheet recording the hognose's feeding / shed and other birth information, which is very helpful and also sort of cute.)* Continuous after purchase support.(The fact that they offer lifetime online support while the hognose is in my care was one of the biggest sells for me. Their experienced guidance helped me be confident that I could make informed choices for my hognose going forward.)
