Bought my first home earlier last year, and working with this team has been a great source of stress during an already difficult process. In documents, they consistently misrepresented me as not being a first time homeowner, and there were issues with communication that caused a few hiccups.I found myself working with them on some of these issues almost a year after the move in date.The move in date itself was not ideal. We had everything packed and ready to go, including the moving trucks, but were told we would have to wait another day. Several phone calls hours later, we managed to clear the situation up, but did not get to the house until well into the evening.Surprised since the group was initially highly recommended, but was deeply upset by the entire experience.

This firm has helped with the incredibly smooth purchase and sale of our homes. Creation of wills and business incorporation. They are truly a dynamic firm and could not have been more accommodating , efficient and professional.

My wife and I recently re financed our house and needed a lawyer for all the paperwork. McMurter & Associates was great to deal with. Fast and efficient services. Brian, Alison, Nick and the team were a pleasure to work with. Would recomend them for all your real estate and will needs!

This is the WORST legal organization to handle your real estate requirements. My experience has been a nightmare with errors, extra charges, discrepancies. Incompetence, sloppy work. It's been a year since closing have not received complete documentation. Very quick to take your money. I wouldn't recommend even if they offered pro bono work. The auto-reply indicating concern and offer to resolve is fake . No attempt to resolves issues

This is a great firm, my business partner and I recommend all of our clients here. I began working with Nick Whalen last year when my clients existing lawyer dropped the ball and left him extremely vulnerable. Nick made a point to speak with him right away to give him peace of mind. Every single client has had nothing but amazing things to say about the McMurter team, they are responsive, professional and have an amazing personal touch.You want a team like this in your corner when it counts.

Our realtor recommended this place as we wanted a law firm close to where we live to deal with our house closing. They failed to notify us the rental hot water transfer agreement is incomplete even after the agency contacted them several times. Finally, we have to jump in to resolve the issue so clearly no justification to the fees I paid for their service. We are still behind them to send us the final report of the closing. It appears that their staff clerks are overwhelmed with work or under trained for the job. It was a displeasure, and I will not recommend this law firm to anyone.
