The owners are very very accommodating and professional. However the staff at the MacLead is very annoying. I always buy from them but the staff was not willing to replace a missing screw on my glasses

All the people that work at Soloptix are so welcoming and helpful. They never rush you through your appointment and remember you from previous visits. I can’t say anything to improve my visits as they’re so wonderful. I would recommend them to everyone. Would never go anywhere else.

I’m so thankful for this Sol Optix location, Dino and the exceptionally benign staff. They truly go above and beyond to make sure their customers are more than satisfied. I was in yesterday and Dino did exactly that and MORE. I ended up leaving more than satisfied. thank you Dibo for being so intentional and kind. I am so grateful!
