If you looking for a broker who is a professional, choose Ryan(and his team). He will explain everything about the mortgage and answer any questions you have. He will find the best lender and best rate for you, will be connected all the time from your first call to him till … there is no “till”, he said can contact him even after possession day if there still will be questions. I would not start this long way with someone else , except Ryan. You couldn’t find better.

Ryan was awesome in getting my partner and I our first mortgage. Very professional, and got us a wonderful rate. He's a super smart guy and knows his stuff.Most are probably not in a position to need a lot of different mortgage brokers, but we'll definitely be back to see Ryan when our renewal comes up in 5 years, and if you're shopping around for one - give Ryan a go!

The best broker hands down, we have used Ryan on at least 5 mortgages over the years he is very responsive and knowledgeable. We are not financial people at all so he makes it very easy to understand. Multiple times he’s found us a better deal than our banks and he’s also offered good ideas to maximize our bottom line.
