Jackson Trails School Age Program

After working here on and off throughout the years as a supply and permanent staff I have seen staff lose children, neglect children, ratios not followed, bullying and harassment to parents/staff and racism towards staff and children, terrible turn over rates (this specific centre has had 4 different supervisors in the span of just a few years) in just 2022 there has been 3 different supervisors. I could go on for ages but my thumbs would get tired so let my review along with the one that follows be a clear image on this child care centre.Along with my review I felt it only fair to leave a previous review from a concerned parent that I found on a different site this review I will paste below I think paints an amazing image of what kind of child care centre this is, the review reads: “On November 18, 2022 this day care lost my child for an unknown amount of time. She was found outside by somebody that did not work for the daycare and reported that when this third-party returned my daughter to the daycare nobody was looking for her. In the weeks that followed I have tried to get reports from the daycare but have been denied. I have asked multiple times why the police were not called and have not been given an answer. I am consistently greeted with rude comments and the blame being put on my special needs daughter.Who I believe was the victim since she was outside with no coat at -7 in the dark.”
