Western Union Agent Location
I wanted to thank Western Union (uncertain if this is the right location). My elderly step-mother was scammed by a caller who told her she needed to send money overseas. She believed the caller and went to Western Union to send the cash. The Western Union employee told her that it was a scam and talked her out of sending the money. It would have been easier for the employee to just let her send the cash, but he did the right thing. Thank you! I appreciate it! Wish I knew who to personally thank, but I don’t. So Thank You Western Union for having good people who helped save an elderly person from getting scammed.

receiver can't collect their money due to middle name issue, yes i'm sending money monthly with the same person but the stupid teller made a mistake by not putting the middle name of the receiver.
