Très bon service. Envoie rapide. Personnel agréable et serviable. En ce qui concerne le produit, il est de très bonne qualité. Cependant, et ce n’est pas la faute de la compagnie, le produit ne répondait pas à l’utilisation dont j’avais besoin. J’ai dû commander ailleurs.

I am willing to wait a few weeks for delivery because I know that excellent customer service will be available if I need it in the future. These folks actually respond to their general email requests and they were able to answer my questions and concerns. I am a first time customer, but this will likely not be my last transaction with Tenaquip.
