Gone downhill majorly

I went in a couple of days ago for an appointment. The overall experience was wonderful - even right from the moment I called to book an appointment. The rep who answered my call was very friendly and the Financial Advisor who I saw was really helpful. I had a bunch of questions about my accounts and I felt that he went above and beyond to assist me. You don't see this often unless there the sales person/financial rep is trying to sell you something. Oh, and the complimentary coffee was really good too!I definitely left the bank feeling like I got all the information I needed - and energized by the coffee.

I come here often for banking needs. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Seems like they enjoy working there. Service is fairly quick. The branch is clean and comfortable.

Very racist bank, you have to be asian to get any service here. Don’t waste your time, the tellers mess you around and the manager has a bad attitude, she refused to cash my cheque for me unless I gave them $500. Absolutely pathetic, if I could give minus ten stars I would.

The Staff and the branch supervisor have no idea what they are doing. They did not cash my good rent cheque which i deposit every month and have great clear history. I even told them keep the money till the deposit is complete and put a hold on it. they refused.

An excellent new branch right in coal harbour. Had a great experience with the staff who were nice enough to allow my dog to come in for some treats.Will continue to go here for all my banking needs.

Have been using this branch for the past few years and they have been great. Very helpful and professional. I prefer them to my past non TD bank branch. I just find it so easy and quick to get stuff done.
