It is not good for older people who have a hard time understanding technologyCustomer service was absolutely ridiculous, waited 2 hours and went through 4 people to talk to someone just for them to close.Customer service told us MONTHS ago we only had 2 phone bills last year, only to find out this year my mother has been paying for 3 phone bills. The third phone hasn't been used in months if not years. They aren't doing anything to fix this mistake even tho THEY told US they shut it off. She was taken advantage of, shame on you guys. I wish I could give 0 stars
