Kaneff Group

I never do any reviews. But I live in the Kaneff building. On Mississauga. The address is 2211 Sherobee Road. This apt is going done hill. The managers are not good. My cabinet and countertop have been broken for more than a month. And nobody has come to fix it. I don't recommend the Kaneff rentals. Especially 2211 sherobee road in Mississauga.

This isn't about anything this company does exactly. But around 10 o'clock Saturday night someone in a work truck with Kaneff company printed all over it. Proceed to pass me in a 50km/h zone in town going probably close to 120. Then blows through two stop signs at about the same speed, continuing through town at over double the speed limit. I don't know who you let drive your trucks but that is insanely unsafe and unprofessional.

Being a home buyer during the Covid-19 Pandemic was definitely a very unique experience. I would like to thank the sales team for being so patient and answering all of my questions and concerns. They were very instrumental in making this transition as smooth as possible.I would highly recommend KANEFF HOMES, and I extremely happy with my new home! Through quality workmanship and dedicated professionals, they delivered a beautiful home that not only suited my lifestyle but also my budget. We recently purchased a home with Kaneff homes in Mississauga. From the day I visited their office on Mississauga road till the end of our purchase and closing, I’ve been very impressed with the staff. I guess it’s the people that makes the company and I would totally recommend Kaneff homes. We are happy new owners!UPDATE AFTER OWNING HOMES 1 year- I have to confess that Kaneff uses cheap material for their homes. Our wooden floors make sounds, the plugs are clumsy, the door handle knobs are falling off, the tubs drainage system doesn’t work.New Update; So I actually had the Kaneff team reach out to me to address my recent concerns. I have to say that I’m really impressed with how efficient they were in handling my issues. There was a bit of miscommunication due to Covid in the last years but both Sarah and George took the initiative to come out and take a look at our each concern and give us a solution! Great job Team Kaneff. I’m happy that they care about the homes they’ve built and the people! :)

I live in one of Kaneff apartment building. Managers and staffs are friendly and nice. Buildings are well kept and clean.It’s very quiet and I feel secure.Maintenance requests were answered ASAP and accordingly.For immigrants like me, it is home away from Home...

I have been a Tennant with Kaneff properties for over 32+ yearsThey are wonderful, caring Landlords, for any concerns or issues or help needed, they are there to assist for business Success.Staff at Kaneff Properties are excellent - caring and compassionate. Delays on top of unclear delays on our preconstruction townhouse of over 1.5 years with no resolution in sight. The customer service team does not seem to want to help or provide any concessions to help when we are losing thousands in rent waiting for a unit that doesn’t seem to be on Kaneffs priority list. Poor customer service, they don’t value paying customers.

I have lived in a Kaneff-built home for the past 20+ years. Our home is solidly-built and the design really works for us. I love the modern open-concept. I am very pleased with my home investment so far and highly recommend Kaneff as a home builder.

I have been living as a occupant in this building and now our lease is finished and i am leaving , they tell me i have to give a 2 months notice in advance if i am leaving. How is this i have to explain even if our lease ended. I will attact a pic and kaneff read it out if you value your residents, our property manager doesn't know how to talk and she gave me a fake name so i don't put her name, she gave me her name as eva but to my surprise it was mary.
