As buyers we've been very disappointed as the agent was a seller for a property where one of the appliances were listed on the contract but was not fully functional upon move in. The appliance required a hefty amount for repair and the realtor agent stated that the seller was unaware of the condition. This could not be true as even noted by the repairmen and the repairing company. An offer has been made to reimburse a small amount by the agent but I believe that these are basic ethics of negotiating deals where you guarantee that what is listed in the contract is in a good condition.
