Pandora Jewellery

Went to this store and bought a gift to my wife (two items). Four days later went back to exchange one of them, trusting that their incredible exchange policy would be respected: The person that received me at the store invented all sorts of excuses to NOT receive back the one item I wanted to EXCHANGE (not even my money back), saying that it was used (was never used, but once when my wife tried it), that there was makeup in the box (I really don't know where did she find makeup in that box, but this is probably a standard excuse to refuse exchanges), that it was damaged, etc....I've called pandora directly, I've explained the situation, opened a ticket and they NEVER called back. I've contacted them multiple times, receiving all sorts of excuses, and that someone should contact me in 48 hours, or that I would receive a return label in 48 hours... which never happened.So, if you want buy something at Pandora and specially at this store, beware of this sort of situation.Next step Office de la protection du consommateur.

The security there is very rude and doesn’t let couples enter the store together and starts arguing

Do yourself a favour and go to the Pandora across the street on Peel. Suzanne is the rudest person I have ever met in my life. I bought things here twice (a necklace and a ring) and both time I went to exchange it (manufacture damage or size too big) she rudely REFUSED to exchanged it saying that it was my fault or that it was used, which was false. She is so rude and looks down at people. Weirdly, Jonathan at the other pandora will warmly accept to exchange it and agrees that the jewelry are fine. Worst Pandora in Montreal avoid at ALL cost.

Avoid going to this Pandora, they have the worst staff, they don't bother to greet the customers. This lady finally came ever after 10 mins of waiting, rolled eyes many times whenever I ask to see something, she didn't even bother help me putting on the bracelet, my friend had to help me, the reason she said is she didn't want to mess up her nails!! I think she is in the wrong store if you want to work in retail just a suggestion: change your attitude, and serve your customer.

Good collection but the reason for 5 star is super helpful staff. Salesperson Aislinn was super nice. I had so many requests and changed my mind many times. She was very kind and helped me well. Thank you!

Really enjoyed shopping here. Pandora is always fun to shop- Suzanne was amazing and really helped me in picking the right pieces to add to my Pandora collection.

I rarely write reviews for stores but this needs to be said. Do not shop at this store.Snooty unfriendly clerk who looked down one me for daring to ask to exchange a ring that I had bought two days ago for a slightly larger size.Very unpleasant conversation. This experience was not helped by the fact that it made me remember the clerk who sold me the ring; she did not look like she wanted to be there.Would not shop there again.Ultimately, I went to another store for the exchange where the process smooth and the clerk was very genial and understanding.

Great store but slow service. Went on my lunch hr and quite a few customers and only 1 sales person.
