My experience with this business was wonderful!There were no pressure sale tactics at all.The staff were all very professional and even called a couple of times after I purchased my new vehicle to see how it was going with it.I’ve never experienced this before and this is my 5th new vehicle I’ve purchased in my lifetime.The other dealers could take a lesson from them.This is my first Mazda and I’m loving it!Zoom zoom!❤️

Went in to get my car tires swapped, came back to my car with a bunch of scratches.Contacted Mazda spoke with the manager - manager blamed on other cars/shopping cart even though it’s on the lower side of my car.She said she’d look at the camera footage and never got back to me. Wouldn’t recommend them.

There was no pressure to buy and he was extremely accommodating. I recently purchased a CX-30 from Dimitri at Mazda Kingston and the experience was fabulous. I traded in my car for an upgrade and the sale and transition went very smoothly. Dimitri was kind, informative and wasn't pushing the sale. (He even laughed at my jokes!) Marion in the finance department was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I am now a loyal customer to Kingston Mazda. I really appreciate the great customer service Dimitri and Marion demonstrated. Thank you Kingston Mazda team! AND I love my new car!

We were quite happy with the great service we received from salesperson Dimitri. He was very personable and not pushy to make a sale, the dealership even stay open after hours to finish the sale. Even though we bought a used non Mazda we felt as if he gave the same service as if we were buying a new Mazda. Made sure we were happy with all aspects of the vehicle before pickup..
