Canadian Impressions

This shop has the rudest shop owner I have ever encountered. Not even worth one star.

I wish I can give this idiot owner zero stars cause he is just a plain rude and very cheap. A south Asian male who always sits behind the counter very unhelpful and makes remarks if you ask questions or not buying anything. I will never purchase anything from this store. Just read the other reviews and you will see the same. Go to Lammles further down Stephen avenue for authentic western gear.

I always drop into this place every time I'm on Stephan Avenue Walk. Have bought several t-shirts there and a great leather belt. All very reasonably priced. You'd think as sort of a tourist destination the prices would be high, but they're not. Huge Canadiana selection. This place is not to be missed. My last visit was during the Stampede, and they had a huge pile of various styled cowboy hats out front. The owner is a real character. When I told him I was up from California, he cut into Trump, which is a not unreasonable thing to do. I immediately assured him that I'd never vote for Trump and had voted for Hillary instead, and all was well. Very amusing. There's a better known competing shop roughly across the street, but their prices are higher, sometimes much higher, for the same sort of item. The store's sign does say, Canadian Impressions" plural
