Have had several great experiences here. We got my wedding band and my wife's wedding band here. Recently came in to find a new 14k clasp for a necklace. They were able to find us something really quick to replace it. Staff is always friendly and super helpful. We've always found the prices here great as well. Will definitely return

The store is clear, well stocked and we'll staffed. My partner and I were greeted and assisted upon arrival.We found the prices comparable to other jewlery stores in the mall - if not a bit less. Overall it was a good experience.

I can’t say enough about how great my experience was at Charms in Park Place. Sara helped me find the perfect wedding band AND was able to help me get my engagement ring sized. She was amazing, so helpful and I would recommend Charms just based off my interaction with her.

One of my favorite places to buy jewelry. They have a lot very large selection and usually have some sort of sale going on. The only place in Lethbridge that sells Levian, which my Wife loves. The store is always clean and well lit. The staff is always nice and helpful.

Wow I had the best experience ever at a jewellery store. Came in to buy a watch battery and the service was so good that I ended up buying wedding rings for myself and my fiance. I am going back to buy some watches for my brides parents this week. Fantastic experience I would recommend this store to everyone!

A bit slow honestly. It took forever to get our rings resized and we also did not get called when the rings were done. When we came to pick one of the rings up, staff were a bit disorganized and couldn't find the ring, even asking if certain rings were ours, which to us was a bit strange.The one thing I did like about this place was that it was easy to find rings in our budget that we liked, but the service could improve.

I have gotten a bit of jewelry here for my wife here. The selection here is really good and the store is pretty clean. Some of the employees are really really good. They have a warm welcoming feeling and are very sociable. It is this sort of employee that makes customers keep coming back (at least that is why I am a repeat customer). My only complaint is that there have been two times that I have gone in there to get stuff done and I am greeted by employees with a hint of arrogance. Almost like they thought I was someone that couldn't afford anything there and was just going to waste their time. When I pull out the ring to get cleaned with the warranty papers, or pay for something, this attitude seems to change quickly. I will admit that those two times I went in right after work, so I was a tad bit dirty and ruffled, but they still shouldn't have acted that way. I will continue shopping here, but those two experiences knocked two stars off of their rating from my perspective. P.S. Some of the sales here can be amazing!

Very poor communication when sizing rings. Trips to the store we were told we gave the wrong number. When the store called us 2 weeks before and we gave instructions then. Oh someone dialed the wrong number.....Yet our account paperwork ect all had our correct number.

I have previously good experience in charms and have even bought stuff from there before. However, today I wanted to buy some jewelry for Mother’s Day and I walked in and around and neither of the two sales associate’s acknowledged me or even asked if I needed help looking for something. Then this gentleman came into the store and the one of the sales associate greeted him. After that I decided against the items I was going to buy and left the store. I am never going back there again.

An awful experience!! My daughter and her boyfriend went into the store to look for a ring to purchase and the lady asked them to leave as it was a waste of their time. First the kids have worked incredibly hard and have saved for the purchase and second they are respectful wonderful adults.
