Excelente servicio. Los guías (Gerardo, Luis, Carlo, Cristina) súper puntuales y amables. Tuvimos un contratiempo en el aeropuerto y no localizamos al guía, pero todo se resolvió. ¡Gracias!

I am not customer of the tour but I had an unpleasant encounter with one of the drivers for the tour going to Vancouver from Victoria. On Oct 20 for the 5:00PM ferries going to Vancouver to Victoria vehicle license place L***41. Your driver did not follow the rules on the ferries and parked over the designated line. He said to me he was making room for his passenger and that I should have use my brain" and given him more space. He did not apologize for this mistake and was putting blame on me instead.The driver side of the vehicle had plenty of room and there were no parked vehicles on that side. Very unprofessional and rude

Contratamos un tour en Vancouver para ir a Whistler el 5 de junio de 2023.La actitud del guía fue poco amable , nada servicial , iba muy apresurado de hecho fue tan rápido que el tour terminó casi una hora antes de lo previsto .Sus explicaciónes eran muy burdas e ínsipidas , daba la impresión de que su trabajo le fastidia , lo hace a fuerzas y no lo disfruta, y hace que te sientas incómodo durante el recorrido.
