RBC Royal Bank

Extremely rude staff，a middle age lady last name is LIN who is so impolite and arrogant, no sense of customer service. What she did ruins the whole image of RBC. Can’t believe RBC hires this kind of staff.

Should’ve come for the reviews before coming to this branch. Booked a in person appointment with Lynn but when I got here, the manager went in and checked, when he came back to me he told me she went home! Like no one knows she went home until I asked? And the manager was like it looks like there is an appointment at this time but it didn’t say your name. Does it matter at this time? The other male teller was actually really nice and helped me book another appointment and apologized for his coworkers mistake. Now I just wasted my time coming here and getting nothing done. If you’re sick and go home, that’s ok but don’t you need to call your clients to cancel appointment beforehand? According to other reviews here, LYNN LIU definitely not know how to be professional. Thanks RBC Ackroyd.

My wife & I have been going to this particular RBC Branch for over 20 years. But recently we have been working directly with Lynn, who has been helping us with all our banking needs. She has been outstanding, extremely knowledgeable and very professional person to work with. We had the choice of going with other big banks. But thanks to Lynn and her professional service, we are staying with RBC. Kudos to her...!!!! keep up the great work...!!

I've been standing here for 45mins, it's as if the clients are sharing their life stories and staff is standing around and not showing the least bit of urgency. This must be where RBC sends the useless ones. Great place to come kill some time before a flight etc

This branch is horrible!!!I opened my account when I was 7 and since then, my whole family had been doing great with the investment advisor we knew.She went to another branch near home and as it turned out, these guys here won't release me as a client to another branch. She did years of free work because this branch kept it.I've moved over to TD and I want to transfer my funds but Branch Manager Cory Chen blocked the transfer.Cory, I'm not dumb! I called RBC and basically you blocked the transfer.Go elsewhere!!

Sadly the money collectors lock the door to ATM after they walk out of the bank with 18mins before 12 o’clock midnight and told me they closed early now but they didn’t see that the bank posted a printing paper saying atm won’t be able to access during 12am-5am.Which lie to me as a royal bank customer. I think you bank should change a money transport service otherwise you may lose your customer.

The atm machine ate my cash deposit. Never credited me..now RBC holding few hundreds dollars and still havnt give it back to me. Filed a complaint. They still havnt get back to me or credit me. I don't trust RBC anymore.

That is the worst experience I’ve gotten in this branch. The staff lied to me and the colleagues are all protecting this staff. They told me that forgot the open hours is normal. This staff asked me sign the paper for transfer my investment from another bank. After signed the paper, he anxiously asked leave and told me the branch closed without any document for my record of transferring document. I saw he rash to do things. And his colleague communicated with another client on the hallway. And there were few people waiting in front of the living room. But his behaviour showed his very rash, so I left because I trusted him. Unbelievable, that is trick for what reason that I cannot understand.When I was out of the branch, I felt not comfortable because transfer large amounts of money without any receipt or record. Then I tried to call him, nobody answered, so I have to go back and take chance if I still can go in. I went in and asked another colleague who told me close time will be 7pm. Then the colleague found him. There was no apology, a lots excuses, even his colleagues told me that is normal to do that to the client. And I saw another couple in the same office which I was meeting with advisor . I am a kind person, but I cannot accept being teased. That is dishonest, dishonour and disrespect to their client. I won’t recommend people come to this location.

Terrible service they will find every excuses to push back all service transactions. no new money in, they just don't want to do service tansactions. DO NOT go that branch
