Convenient place that provides a wide range of services. Was there 3 times without an appointment, and it took a maximum of 1.5 hours. Of the minuses - inconvenient to get by public transport

Anything related to motor registration including vehicle registration, transfer of ownership, drivers license etc in Newfoundland and Labrador especially in St. Johns's and Mount Pearl. Online appointment is required during this period. The service is excellent and fast. It takes about 10-15mins depending on the service.

My husband was looking for a plates for export a car. He went for the first time and the lady who helped him was rude and she didn’t help to get all the paperwork he needed it. Second time he went was helped for the same lady. I was there and I witnessed how she throw him the papers back he got, because he need to paid taxes for imported a vehicle from another country. She was rude and she was telling him.. why you did come here to waist my time? Why did you come? She said that many times to him. That was our very first time to deal with this kind of people.Very bad experience there!

Amazing staff! Staff doing their utmost best to cheer up so many people tired and frustrated with the long wait. The staff with the deer antlers deserved an award. Even the staff that had to tell me some disappointing news did it in such a way that I still left with a smile on my face.

It's located in Mount Pearl. By Metrobus, you can only get there by Bus 21 at the Village Mall and this bus is available once in every hour. I went there for my first photo ID/Vision test in order to get my driver's license. It was organised and the waiting time wasn't too long provided you have an appointment.

Bit of a wait. Once served, everything was fine. They no longer have a coffee shop for the general public, so don’t come hungry…

Made an appointment, got there on time and saw an agent within 5 minutes. She was friendly and efficient and I had my new license within minutes. The process and documentation requirements were clear on the website. I followed the instructions and it was a smooth, quick trip.
