We called early on a Monday morning, said they would show up after lunch same day. They showed up and were fast and friendly and very professional. Great job and will be happy to use them down the road

Every time they come I’m left with a huge mess to clean and nothing gets fixed. They never fail to forget most of what they needed to bring and either have to leave and reschedule or keep going back to the truck for what they forgot. Every time they come back, they let themselves in without knocking! They walked in on me changing my daughters pull-up!!!! I was fuming. They left small metal screws and springs on my floor that my baby could’ve choked on, had I not found it first. My tub is currently full of mud and they even put my Walmart bag INSIDE my sink that’s full of water and dishes! I’m livid. I absolutely HATE this company.

Crooks taking advantage of homeowners**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYThis team delayed project by a month due to their permit errors, then installed a drain after they found one but did not inform us of it (so added unnesssary billing and services to increase the bill) THEN their terrible plumbing work broke our whole water heating system to freeze and explode in January causing $3,000 emergency repairs on a Sunday night, plus flooding clean up costs. They offered no help or remuneration.They completely took advantage of the homeowner’s trust in them and added unnecessary billing and broke the whole heating system. They did not offer to fix, adjust billing or work with homeowners.Then when we tried to arrange a compromise payment with them To accommodate for the emergency plumbing they caused, they sent the invoice to collections!Absolutely criminal and dishonest company and work.

Dec 2020 - My old hot water heater ruptured and needed a replacement. Though it was a 40 gallon in a tight spot under the stairs they were the only company that was able to make something work. They special ordered a short tank and set it up on my birthday. Reliance sent people twice and they were not able to figure anything out. I am doing a basement remodel and Ubdegrove is a top pick.

Had to have our water heater replaced. The service was quick and the guys worked well, although we were quite disappointed that the service truck left a giant oil stain on our driveway right after we had just had our driveway done. Unfortunately the manager refused to offer any sort of discount for this inconvenience and it turned our experience with the company into a negative one. We enjoy supporting local, but definitely will not use them again after this incident.

Had a major problem with my well and they were over in a couple hours getting the problem resolved. I couldn't ask for better service. Strongly recommend.

Years ago we used this company to renovate a small apartment and they cut a wire in half and didn’t say anything, we had to find out later when the heat wasn’t working. And just today one of their plumbers ripped the mirror off my truck and when I caught up to him down the street he told me it was already broke and when I called their office they just told me to call the cops and to go through insurance. Just trying to make what could be an easy fix more difficult than it needs to be. Multiple people on the street witnessed my mirror get hit.Terrible plumbersTerrible driversTerrible customer service

Excellent company to deal with. We received a call back (over the weekend) from Ubdegrove Plumbing in a very timely manner from Dawson, and we were provided an eta which was very much appreciated. He arrived and very efficiently handled our plumbing issue with professionalism and was very friendly and informative as well. We are very happy with the service we have received from Ubdegrove Plumbing and would definitely use them again, should we require any plumbing and heating needs.
