I learned about People for Pools 3 years ago when I had a mysterious leak. Jakub was prompt, thorough and reasonably priced. I have been using him since to open and close the pool and maintain it during the season. The first year using them my kids commented on how clean the water was!I have also referred a friend who has had a great experience as well.I'm glad I made the switch and will continue to use and recommend them.

8:12am for some reason one of your trucks was at Strasburg and Shoemaker in Kitchener Ontario and blew right through a stop sign on an icy road very unprofessional . A lot of winter emergencies in this area?

We have used People For Pools weekly services as well for opening and closing our pool for two seasons and hope to continue next year. We are extremely pleased with Jakub’s knowledge, professionalism and superb customer service. The crew and the admin staff is always very pleasant and does a great job. Whenever we had any concerns about the pool or service, it was easy to reach out to Jakub and have it promptly addressed.

I have had a very positive experience with Jakub and People for Pools. Unlike with representatives from a number of other pool companies I contacted, he has been very responsive and professional. He and his colleague did an excellent job putting in our new vinyl pool liner, and we are very pleased with the result. He has also, free of charge, provided great advice about ongoing pool maintenance and other pool-related resources. I would definitely recommend People for Pools for your pool repair and maintenance needs.

3 years ago I had to select a new pool maintenance company and reviewed a number of them servicing the area. People for Pools clearly stood out in comparison with the others due to a combination of professionalism, customer focus and great value. Jakub and his team have done excellent work during these years meeting all my expectations and doing it beyond just pool maintenance - they sized and installed the complete set of new pool equipment to replace the old outdated and malfunctioning old equipment I had in place, all at a very competitive price. I used People for Pools for my opening this year (May 2016) after discovering them last year to replace a broken heater. They are extremely friendly, dependable and helpful. Jakub and staff are professional, courteous, fast to reply to messages/emails. We hired PFP to repair and install a new pool liner and upgrade our pool equipment when we moved to my parents house. Jakub looked after every detail for us. We also used PFP for our weekly pool maintenance this year and it took all of the stress off my plate. Can't recommend them highly enough! Christine, Etobicoke
