Called into Road-Ex with a rush shipment going to the United States. I was given a rate, very reasonable. Truck driver did a great job getting our shipment there on time. Office staff very easy and nice to deal with. No Complaints at all and i would definitely use Road-Ex in the future......Thank You

This company operates in the United States in violation of Federal Motor Carrier insurance laws. Their truck totaled my car at fault of the driver and the driver had no proof of insurance and no liability insurance required by US law. Their Canadian insurance company took one week to contact me and 11 days to get me a rental so I could make it to work. They are a underinsured trucking company on US roads and your family could be next.

I needed to have my trailer picked up in Arizona and towed back to Alberta during the border closure. I got an immediate response from Roadex for a quote and within a short time, their driver Ross was en-route to pick it up. Jeremy and Ross kept me updated regularly on the progress. Very happy to have my trailer back home and very happy with the service provided by Roadex.
