My older laptop wasn’t working properly and very slow, Ali replaced the hard drive for a lot less than buying a new computer and then was amazing at helping me with questions and reasons email wouldn’t work, and went above and beyond to help me sort it out!Would not hesitate to take computer issues to him again in the future

The owner of the shop was amazing and their items are cheaper than the ones in the market. They also offer warranty on their items making sure you are covered. Thanks for the awesome service! I finally have have something to use for school!

I’d like to give more stars for this company I thought it was really wonderful for the cost of a laptop but before even selling me the laptop, it should’ve been checked on to make sure it was ready to go. All he did was wipe it down and sells it to me. I called back so I know about a faulty cord they said bring it back you have warranty and then I called back again because they told me it was a white laptop yet it is not there’s multiple profiles on it so someone else’s information is now in my hands, which is not very good as well as the fact is it’s not wiped and they expect me to drive all the way back across the city to see them when finances for me or not that good please be careful and buying from these people. Maybe they need to be more customer active and wipe the laptop or make sure they’re wiped before selling them.

I just had the BEST computer shopping experience in my life! Kareem (sorry if I spelt wrong) not only greeted me when I walked in but went above and beyond to answer all my questions in terms I could understand. I also love that they offer different types of computers from Dell to Mac! They even sell Dyson's!!! Thank you all for the great service I will come back for all my computer needs!

Samsung Phone Repair. - Fast, economical and friendly.I damaged the screen on my Samsung Note 9 and Ali at Openbox fixed it quickly. Dropped it off in the morning, picked it up the next morning, just like new.It didnt take me long to drop it again and I cracked the back cover. Once again Openbox fixed it.They are fast and have very good prices for repair work and guarantee everything. I saw their repair lab where they do things under a microscope and make it like factory new again. Hopefully I don't drop it again.

They are knowledgeable but I advise against getting a warranty with them I brought a $1300 laptop and they tried to pawn off a refurbished copy of an $800 laptop and it's been 2 years and I still don't have my laptop. Edited from here on. I bumped it up to 3 stars from 2 because the operations manager quickly resolved this issue. It appeared to be an issue involving the previous owners and some new employees having done things in a way that caused nobody to know that this was an issue and sent me a replacement. Personally I will not be using openbox in the future however I can respect at least the operations manager for taking responsibility for something that should not have happened. As such I humbly thank you for this.

The gentleman in the store was absolutely the greatest guy in the world. I had told him of me getting ready to go in hospital for cancer treatments and he took the time to have my laptop ready for me to go in the hospital. I said a prayer for him and wishing there was more people like him in the world. Bless him so kind.
