With my most recent home purchase, Heather was SO responsive, helping us put an offer in on the home of our dreams, on very short notice. We were successful because of the A team's amazing strategy -- and her willingness to be nimble and move quickly. She is detail-oriented, with great vision, and wonderful decorating tips too! If I don’t like something other people do to me, I will not do that to others.Avoid having this company, A TEAM represents your property if you are looking for an honest company that works in your best interest, not theirs.When they see a deal they want, they will have an insider job; instead of being transparent, they blindfold their client and take advantage of it.Sadly, They play the game of the sellers and buyers don’t know each other, so no one knows until someone looks into it.If you must pay a realtor 4-6% commission, you need to find someone that works for you, not themselves. Otherwise, why bother to have them sell the house for you?I decided to share this because the public deserves the truth, and someone needs to speak out to stop bad behavior.Thanks for reading, and I hope my experience helps.
