Shauna was a long time Massage Therapist for me. When she left BC I was really sad I wouldn't have her healing hands anymore. She was there for me during my pregnancy, would honour of her way and above and beyond to provide me with her services. She asks all the right questions and really gets to know you and what you need so she can give you her best. I hope she comes back some day but for now, Red Deer has her. So if you get the chance, definitely book with Shauna.

Always helpful and friendly when I have questions

I have been an active member with MTAA since 2014 and have absolutely zero complaints. What I appreciate the most (and what clearly separates them from the others) is their customer service and prompt response. I love their advocacy for regulation in our profession. It's very convenient to be able to log into my account in order to review or add continuing education credits. Every staff member I have interacted with via email and phone has been very friendly and efficient. I have enjoyed many perks along the way like saving money on courses, my GoodLife gym membership and getting my first month of the JaneApp free! I wouldn't want to be registered with any other association and highly recommend.
