I got my brows done from Tai she really did amazing job, will love to visit again

Bit disappointed. I got my eyebrows and eye lashes tinted. Both did not work as they said. My eye lashes were washed after 5 minutes because my eyes started to hurt with burning sensation and no results right away. Still they charged. Eyebrows tint was removed after 15 minutes and the colour was there when I left but same day by the evening it was gone. I did not even wash as they advised. Eye brows threading was okay and got a 15 minute massage too. Ended up my bill around $87 including the tint I washed away on my lashes. On top they even guided me to choose the their tip percentage which I never experienced any beauty parlour as it is our choice of the amount.I paid little more than $100 in total.My disappointment was the charges with no results in tinting and they ignored the burning in my eyes which I myself got washed 5 minutes after they applied and still I was charged.

Awesome eyebrows is a guarantee. Just tried the head massage! Amazzzzzing! New service they give and I recommend it! My headache went away and I felt rejuvenated!

I love coming to this little salon right in the middle of the mall. The women there are so professional and super nice. I got my eyebrows done by Mani, she was super great! The one benefits about Frida’s Brow Bar is that you can just pop in as opposed to booking an appointment. I’m very pleased with their services and if I need my eyebrows threaded again I’m coming HERE!

So 2 days ago on a Sunday I went to get my eyebrows done.There were 5 people infront of me and 2 in the chair being worked on by the employees. Not ONE employee greeted me, or even acknowledged me.I waited for 45 minutes. I was seated and then the employee tells me that they can’t cut my eyebrows due to the fact that they have no sink and they can not sanitize the scissors. Which makes sense. But why wouldn’t you tell me this in the 45 minutes I was waiting for a turn!She tells me that it’s her managers word and that she’s just an employee and try’s to push me to still get my eyebrows done without cutting it. Saying things like “oh you don’t need it”Just basically trying to convince me knowing very well it’s not what I wanted.I was so upset. I said no and left. I go there all the time and they literally lost a costtonerI had my kids and husband waiting in the car for me. People’s time is valuable, in my opinion more so than money.I go the next day to speak to manager and see someone from the city of Vaughn closing them down because of health regulations.Never going back. And now I don’t think there’s anything to go back to.

Shweta did a good job on my eyebrow threading. She is very detailed and made sure I like the shape before doing my other side. I was with my older kid and baby, she was very caring and let me park the stroller inside the booth. Totally recommend it!

Tia was amazing, it was my first time getting my brows done in years and she was very professional and comforting. She gave me tips and tricks and also ended it with a nice massage

Mani, is amazing. She friendly, sweet and very professional. I’ve been looking for someone who actually knows how to shape eyebrows. Mani would ask what you would like and then suggest her opinion. She listens to what the clients want. We drive an hour to see her and and ONLY go to her. Thank you Mani for making my daughter and I feel pretty. You’re the BEST!

I went to thread my eyebrows for the first time here and Tayeba did an amazing job with them. She was super fast and paid close attention to detail! She completely transformed my eyebrows I will definitely be coming back!

I went for eyebrow shaping I have no complain about that service but after I was done with my eyebrows the girls asked me to buy a cream for under eye puffiness. I refused to buy but they insisted and asked me to try it the lady put an amount of it on my finger and I put it under my eye I could see the results but I asked them how long it will stay I was told the effect will stay for as long as I do not wash my face and I can apply makeup. I trusted them and bought the cream for $125 as I was in rush I made an impulsive decision and trusted what they told me as soon as I left the mall and saw myself in my car’s mirror I could see the puffiness back. When I went home I could see a kind of wax or glue under my eye when I read the the instructions on the box it was said not to wear makeup and the effect is for six hours. The next day I called them and explained to them what I experienced. The district manager called me at night from her home and told me to go to the store the next day and Mani will show me how to apply it correctly I should bring my makeup so that I can apply it too. I went to the store Mani put the cream did not show any unusual instructions except the normal way we put a cream under our eyes only thing was to not talk or move the muscles under the eye until it dries. I followed their instructions but the moment I put my powder foundation under my eye I could see wax and all these wrinkles under my eye which I normally do not have but Mani kept on saying you don’t need makeup you do not need make up but of course we put makeup when we go out for parties etc it’s normal. They didn’t refund me my $125 my receipt didn’t say no refunds but still they could not exchange or refund the useless cream . Mani called the manager again and she gave me two free eye brows shaping each costs $17 and a eyebrow pencil which I do not need and it may cost $5 to $10. At the time when cost of living is expensive they mislead me and sold me an useless cream and didn’t exchanged or refunded. This is for all those who will be asked to buy this red under eye cream I haven been fooled you should not.
