Can't say enough good about Granite Rocks. We have done over 20 kitchen renovations with them and from the front staff/installers/the owners it has been nothing but professional and a great experience. Their prices are very competitive and you can't beat the customer service. When we do our renovations we are on tight time windows and their dates are one of the most important in us keeping our jobs on schedule. They never have messed up our schedule yet. Great locally ran business. Call them.

I would highly recommend this company! The staff is friendly and accommodating from the moment you walk in the door, until completion of the project. We couldn't be happier with the service and the work performed. Sheila went out of her way to phone the distributor of the granite we selected, to ensure the color tones were what we wanted, and even had photos sent to her, which in turn she sent to us.Beautiful work and beautiful people!

We recently used Granite Rocks to replace laminate counter tops with Granite. We had a bit of a glitch with the appointment for templating however when I discussed it with the company they apologized and took ownership of the issue and didn't make a bunch of excuses. They worked hard to make everything work with our schedules for installation and the guys who installed were great! In my opinion it says more about a company as to how they handle mistakes etc than just having everything go smoothly! The end result is wonderful and we are very happy with our counters!

I Got my granite installed 5 years ago. It was a seamless procedure and the price was just a little bit less than others. I was not going to be able to get the granite I fell in love with had I went with other shops and there was a great big crack in the piece that I ordered. Granite Rocks said no problem they worked out where my kitchen counter would be and worked around the crack and I still had no seams in my very large island. They listen to my requests to put the pieces with character beside the stove and sink.I actually work in a cabinet company and I had heard nothing but great remarks from hundreds of customers over the years. They worked with my schedule and the product is as beautiful today as it was 5 years ago. I am so glad that I went with such a great company!

I ordered my second quartz counter from Granite Rocks (first one went great). I made it very clear to Kelly that I didn't want a seam and signed off on the quote for a stone he said in an e-mail that works without seams." The guys came to template and found they did need a seam and they "thought it wouldn't be a problem." I wasn't informed of the change for which they did apologize and said they would "see what they could do" That ended up being nothing as they just gave us an invoice for the entire quoted price (which I paid promptly and good riddance). The installation itself is well done. They were fairly prompt given the busy time of year. The seam is also well-done but given the conversation and ensuing emails that acknowledge in writing that the only reason I was using that stone was with the understanding that there would be NO seams. I wish I'd known that before they cut the stone up."

Just had our Quartz countertops installed yesterday. Quinn and Mitchell did the install and were amazing. The final outcome is beyond our expectations . The seams are virtually invisible and the templating to final install were perfectly sized. The service level from the first time in their storefront door to final clean up they did after install was GREAT.. Thank You

After seeing 3 granite companies in the city, and receiving the quotes, Granite Rocks had the best price by far.Day of install was yesterday, and Quinn and Mitchell we’re friendly, courteous, and did an absolutely incredible job with our quartz countertops. I had to look hard to find the seams. Just stunning!I am so impressed with this company, and would highly recommend them. From start to finish .... professionals all the way.
