Phone was repaired in an hour, but my screen cracked again within 2 days. I find it hard to believe they used the same quality glass as Samsung if it broke that quickly. Won't go back.

Half their products are garbage, no refunds so you don’t get your money back for the garbage and they can’t fix a phone to save their life. If you want your phone to be even worse go to them!

I just talked to the guy at mobile snap about replacing my daughters phone screen. He was so helpful. He looked up different options for me. Gave me great advice and for the first time ever I didn’t feel like I was being tricked into buying something I didn’t need or want. I don’t live close to Sunridge Mall but I will always go to Mobile Snap for cell phone repairs and accessories.

They had a large variety and colours of Otterbox cases over other retailers. Prices were reasonable and the seller was very pleasant and helpful. The only thing that we notice, was it was CASH ONLY ? ? ? Not a real problem but just questionable for a local business.

Terrible place!! Do not go here to fix your screen! We brought in our phone with only a scratch on the front otherwise in perfect condition. When we got home we realized it was completely shattered in the back!! We called and they kept hanging up on us and when they finally answered they asked if we were looking for trouble saying that we broke it! Completely absurd. We were leasing the phone and took care of it like a baby. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!

Just like most of the one star reviews. The screen came off not even a month of them fixing" it. The guy I talked to was so unprofessional and aggressive. He wouldn't own up that it was their mistake and kept insisting that he has fixed thousands of phones. When I said that if I ever have to get my phone fixed again

STAY FAR AWAY!!!!Where to begin, with the countless times I was told oh glass will be here this day, to be told that 3 times in a week is pretty ridiculous.Then I finally get my phone, you think they could manage to put the back on properly, not a chance. Doesn't even come close to being snug or fitted properly.Then they couldn't even hook my top speaker back up properly.Definitely not fast service, Definitely bad quality service, so just stay away!!! Do yourself a favor.

Went at one of their locations at Sunridge Mall because I wanted to get my broken screen fixed. The guy charged me more price than another place in the same mall. Gave him the phone because the other place was saying they will give it back tomorrow whereas these guys were repairing it the same day. After the phone was done, the back was not properly aligned and was coming off from a side. The guy kept arguing in a very RUDE manner that the back is okay whereas it was clearly not properly put on. After 15 minutes of argument, I just left because he won't admit that he made a mistake and after 15 minutes he called and said that I can bring the phone back in 2-3 days and he will have the same colored back of the phone. And just 2 weeks aftee that the back completely got broken and when I went to the guys almost after a month he refused to change the back free of charge saying that he offered to change it free on the same day and i just got my phone repaired from a different place.Would have given 0 stars if there was an option for it.

Took my phone in repair a broken screen. When I got it back it was in worse condition then when I took it in less the cracked screen. I called them in regards to bringing it in to repair it properly as their new person did not do it correctly and they told me that I would have to place another warranty claim before they would look at it. I am beyond upset that I took it for repair and it came back worse than when I took it in. I need it for work and now have to pay again for their mistake. Would not recommend. I will definitely be taking it elsewhere for the next repair. I suggest you do not use their services. Also their customer service is some of the worst I've seen.

Attended the Medicine Hat Mall location in mid-April merely to have a screen protector replaced, easy installation! Yet the inept male staff member cracked the cell screen itself. We had to pay that $21 plus an additional $99.75 elsewhere to replace the iPhone screen and another screen protector. Medicine Hat Mall Security became involved, as the Mobile Snap Male Employee had been belligerent & threatening. We emailed the head office in Quebec, took 2 additional emails to obtain a response, which was that they couldn’t understand the situation? Their employee broke a screen while installing a screen protector, is certainly clear enough, even in French let alone English! Then we called HO in May several times with 0 answer. Finally reached a Male in June who hung up on us. Why? No reputable company does this. Unprofessionalism along with Ineptness! Also, 0 respect nor any customer service. Tried calling several more times in July & connected with a Male on July 22nd, who again hung up on us! Why? Sounded like the same voice! What is wrong with these Males & this Company! Yikes. As soon as I said AB, he disconnected! Again, why?Mobile Snap owes us approx $121!DO NOT PATRONOIZE THE MEDICINE HAT MALL LOCATION NOR MOBILE SNAP WHATSOEVER.Security at the MHat Mall agreed, bad business practice & poor staff service etiquette! Shame on this company! You know what they say, Karma always prevails one day! Shameful Company, HO & Male Employees!
