Best stairs in Canada!Second only to grouse grind in Vancouver's North Shore....but there are two sets of them here, you could opt to do a loop walk/run (Garth and Upper Paradise/Chedoke)Great trails too! Part of Bruce Trail. Can easily cross into Ancaster Iroquois Heights. In winter months I might suggest crampons though.

Park in golf course parking lot and walk up. It’s a consistent up hill at 1 km there is a steep little hill. Continue the falls easy incline. After the falls it flat easy walk and wide trail. For the most part it’s shaded. Beautiful hike year round. There’s also free parking at scenic road but it’s limited, you can park in golf club it’s free. Follow white blaze to stay on Bruce trail.

Nice place for hiking. Beautiful in all seasons. Around 300M is paved and the rest isn’t but all well maintained. Easy, flat and wide trail which is great for all ages walking and cycling. 3 different waterfalls sizes but not the huge ones.( one was dry today)It’s not a loop so you should keep this in mind. You can see black-capped chickadees through the way. There is also access to stairs for workout or view the city.Free parking lot.

A beautiful walk down the escarpment, any issues are reported and cleaned up quickly.Nice waterfalls and forested scenery with glimpses of far away vistas, and old rustic buildings towards the east end.

298 steps! Ensure to bring your water bottle as lush green trees await your arrival after the flight of stairs. Seemed like a long trail but we only went a km in

really Nice trail for walking. The trail is usually maintained well even during winter weathers. During the winters many people are out tobogganing or walking up and down the 250 steps leading up the hill. The waterfall is hard to see but once you get to the top you have a clear view of it. I'd recommend this to anyone who likes to walk. However the stairs are very steep and many struggle climbing up so be prepared with water and to take breaks. Parking is also free with lots of spaces.
