Were to even begin!! As soon as you enter the clinic you're literally taken to a little peace of heaven. From the beautiful calming smells to the peaceful energy the zen clinic provides. Everyone is so wonderful and truly cares for you and doesn't treat you like just another number! The office manager Savanah is extremely helpful and efficient! I've been able to book appointments quickly and she's always there to answer any questions you have! As soon as you enter Savanah is there to get you a beverage and ask how you've been, she's honestly the sweetest! I've had the great pleasure to work closely with Michelle who offers mental health coaching! Let me tell you she's above the rest! I've never felt more at peace and my mental health has never been this good in years and I've only seen her a couple times! Her warmth ,love and light she brings is like no other. Really there are no words to describe it! Michelle is extremely knowledgeable and helps guides you down the path you truly are meant to be on.I've also had the biofeedback back done by Gail and she was full of information about my body and what it needed! It has helped alot! I also received an energy healing session from Assia and let me tell you she's amazing and very very knowledgeable and does wonders with healing! I'm very excited to see Valerie the holistic nutritionist! I know I won't be disappointed!!! Zen clinic goes above and beyond! If you're looking for help or guidance I strongly suggest that you visit them! I know I'm beyond grateful that I found them! They also offer other services!

This clinic has a wonderful setting. The services provided are much needed in this day-and-age. I highly recommend their services to everyone !!!

I just had a reiki healing from Michelle after the loss of my beloved dog. I was emotionally a complete wreck and I left feeling lighter, more aware of the love in my heart and the extreme heaviness was lifted. She was able to shift my perspective of the why" and that was profound in itself.The healing space was so warm

My week-long experience at Zen Wellness Retreat was a very positive one that will stay with me for years to come. When I arrived at the facility, I was immediately given a warm welcome by my coach and I was treated like family. I was made to feel comfortable and safe. All the staff and service providers treated me with respect and were skilled at their craft, which enhanced the overall experience. The breakfast served was home cooked and the other meals were all healthy and fulfilling. The facility itself was a big log cabin on the Elbow River that allowed for free movement and I did not feel caged in at all.As for my treatment, the collaborative approach (spiritual and clinical) was very helpful in determining what was negatively affecting my mental health. Both Michelle and Marlowe offered tools that are going to aid in my mental health and well-being for time to come. I would encourage anyone who is struggling with their mental health to try out Zen Wellness, even if it’s for a day or two just to relax. You will be treated like family and leave the facility refreshed and reset!

I’m going to the Zen clinic for my own mental health and wellness needs. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly, the mental health assessment practitioner help me put together the right health health treatment plan For my specific needs.I’m even bringing my two younger children to see their child psychologist and behavioral therapist. I really love the holistic approach and their collaborative approach. I love that there’s something for my entire family at this clinic.I’ve already felt a huge improvement In my mental health.I also really love the Nuro feedback that my nine-year-old is getting, I can see such an improvement in behavioral and within his schoolwork. There’s so many services at the offer that go hand-in-hand with improving mental health and creating wellness. I highly recommend the zen clinic.
