Chris (photographer) - goes the extra mile on his photo shoots!! My sister had her house photographed for a sale listing and he was right out there in the yard staging everything. He even got out the hose and washed away sidewalk chalk. 5 stars!!!

Their print shop is in credibly well-equipped which has allowed us to produce some very unique business cards, note pads, flyers and banners.Every seen digital reflective print? Well they have it ands is awesome. Cotala can also print white on black stock. Which opens even more doors for being able to stand out with creativity.

After using Cotala for a number of years I decided to expand my business with their team of designers. I had a fully detailed meeting with two of their representatives and asked them to take my existing material and turn it into a professional looking brochure - not the silly clip art I was using on Word Document! After a great meeting with their staff, I was promised a great price, a quick turn around, and professional grade material.Imagine my dismay when I received the first proof back and it was my design (right down to the horrible clip art) with a banner across the bottom for formatting. Not only did this proof take 3 weeks to get back (we had to ask for them to hurry up), but it was missing key elements we had clearly discussed in the meeting. I was not impressed!Enter: Tavish!As the manager with an already busy workload, he not only took my my scorched-earth email, but patiently heard how extremely let down I was on the phone. The conversation was very difficult and he handled it very, very, well.After I felt heard, Tavish not only expressed that he would take on the project himself, but promised I would be pleased with the end product... and as you can imagine - I was quite the skeptic! Now, weeks later I am happy to say I not only have an extremely beautiful booklet, but an extremely high respect for Tavish as a person, and a business person. He did an amazing job, and you can tell he truely cares about his business to take on my project.A problem is only as troublesome as the ability to fix it - and Tavish nailed it. I will not hesitate to use them in future knowing how well they resolve issues (if any).As a business 4/5, but Tavish is absolutely 5/5.

After years of using the same photographer for my real estate listings, I decided to make a switch upon a friend's recommendation. The photos Tyson provided were top notch. I also decided to see what their marketing materials were like and ordered feature sheets for a new listing. You get what you pay for! The feature sheets my brokerage provides are an 8/10 but if you want to impress potential buyers, you'll get a 10/10 with these guys. So far so good...I'm glad I made the switch. Thanks Cotala!

Tavish and crew are some of the most efficent and (FAST ) people that I have ever worked with , They do awsome work and arre NOT grossely overpriced . Fast, fair, efficent , professional and very pleasant, can,t beat that combination.. Keep up the good work
