This place is legit! I feel like I am in Asia when I come to Quen's. They have lots of different options, my favourite is the Earl Grey Cheesecake Milk tea. You can customize with less sweet and add tapioca pearls and grassjelly. The girls are also super friendly if you have no idea what to order.

Cutest little milk tea shop in GP. The shop is very cute, lovely space, decorated super well. Their milk tea is amazing, great flavors and lots of options, staff is super friendly and make online orders really easy to complete. The only thing i would love to see is just an update for the product list on the website explaining what is in their specialty drinks, but i'm sure its already in the works.100% would recommend!!!

Superb Bubble Tea experience, With lots of yummy flavor to choose from. Always a pleasure visiting this place with the warm weather coming up its a great way to really QUENch ones TEArst, something that you will grab and drive around with or a simple walk in the park with Milktea on one hand ,Ambience and the overall design was a beauty simple,clean and yet inviting, Friendly owner and staff.Highly Recommended for an authentic Asian Bubble Tea experience

First time experience with bubble tea, and I'm not disappointed. Tried the Earl Grey milk tea and the Brown Sugar Roar and they were both delicious, and they look so pretty! Very fast service for custom made drinks. Interior was beautifully decorated and had a pleasant smell, maybe lavender. Will definitely be trying this again. I will say I am very disappointed in the parking situation at the front of these buildings, and not due to Quen's. The companies responsible for the random fencing and cement barriers in the parking lot should be ashamed at how much they are impeding their fellow local businesses. Share the parking love!

most slowest service. one girl working only and one time she’s making 10 drinks together and she took 25 minutes just for my one drink. even though she doesn’t have manger access in store if need to do modify she needs to call her owner first. and it’s too hot inside the store getting sweaty there standing 25 minutes for one drink…. this is canada spend money on labour don’t think always about to save

Best Bubble Tea in the Grande Prairie area, the drinks are so delicious and their is multiple different kinds to choose from. Drinks are always 100% correct and delicious every time. One of their employees Bea is very kind and from the times that we have ordered Bubble Tea when she is there, it is always perfect and very organized and quick, and delivers our drinks always with a smile.

There was only 1 employee on staff and it was very busies she probably could have used some help. It took a long time to get the drinks, but they were fantastic. That lady did a great job.
