We have had an excellent experience working with Zeno Renewables to purchase and install solar panels at our home. From Eric in Sales to the very skilled and polite install crew, everyone has been extremely professional, approachable, friendly, informative, supportive and willing to explain everything we need to know in advance. They are also available for any questions and support post-install. We highly recommend Zeno Renewables Solar Panels to anyone interested in learning about the benefits of solar panels as a way to help offset the cost of energy and contribute to a healthier planet.

Great customer service and very professional. Garret Mazur, Zeno Sales had provided a thorough solar service solution presentation (number of years to break even, ROI, etc), evaluation of my home's energy requirements, pre/post energy assessment. Installation of solar panels only took half-day. They've also helped me to book the city of calgary officer to check if the installation is good, and assisted in my application for Canada Green Homes Grant. It was a great experience and glad to contribute to a greener environment.

Daniel Etches was amazing. He was very good with walking us through the whole process step by step. Our questions have always been answered with a timely manner. He was fantastic helping us apply for the for Greener Home grant and loan. If something he doesn't know, he found the answer for us and keep us posted.Zeno has been so great to work with for our solar panel system installation. The professionalism and workmanship are the best. They have demonstrate the best service to us. The installer Chad was amazing. He respected our home like his own. Always very upfront on what is being done to our house. And the crews are so polite and always clean up after themselves.This is the best company I have ever work with in a big project like this.Highly recommend to all Calgarian!

Nothing but top class from Zeno. They've done both EV Charger and full Solar System install for us on our home and garage. They made the process seamless, easy to understand and provided a turnkey package. We recommend them for anyone looking at either solution. Great group, responsive and very professional.

We had our 5.7 KW solar system comprised of 14 panels installed earlier this month (May 2023). A 5 person crew came in and the installation itself was completed in about a day and a half. All crew members were professional and efficient. While we had a layout based on satellite images Cam our lead crew guy first checked out the roof. He suggested some minor adjustments based on shade that a neighbouring tall tree provided which the satellite computer model had not predicted. He clearly knew what he was doing and we have a more productive system had the crew followed the computer model. Eric, part of the sales staff was very knowledgeable and made excellent use of virtual video calls. Overall a very good experience with no surprises.

I recently had Solar installed by Zeno, and I couldn't be happier. I began my process 8+ months ago with 3 quotes and presentations, and Zeno stood out then as the most well organized, and the most interested in my project, so I selected Zeno. They were very helpful describing my system, and helping me through the Greener Homes process. I ended up making a change in the last few weeks prior to install, and the operations team jumped to attention, and worked together to implement the change, and maintain the installation date.Once installation day came, the crew (Stephen, Ralph and Alex) were exceptional. They were very clear with the activities they were going to perform that day, and took the time to do a very high quality installation. They even repaired a small section of roof that had been previously damaged. I happened to glance up, and a team member was on the ladder, pulling leaves out of my gutter while waiting for his partner to do something; certainly not part of the install, but a demonstration of the great crews you have at Zeno.I would highly recommend Zeno for your solar install.

From start to finish the Zeno experience was excellent. Andrew Hunter did a masterful job of walking us through the process, provide expert insight and detail for the options to consider, educating us about the advantages of going solar and supporting us through the proposal, contract, app/monitoring software installation and processes for the Greener Homes Program. Cam and his installation team completed the process in 3 days. They regularly updated us, explained what they did and answered any questions. All round, it was a great experience and it continues to be.

Got our solar panels installed from Zeno a couple weeks ago. Eric Daniel helped us through the whole process including pre and post evaluation, the government loan and grant processes, and post installation meeting. Eric was super professional and answered every single of our questions very quickly with very clear explanations. Ryan and Blair were the project managers and they also helped us through the process with quick replies to my emails. A couple days after the installation, Mateo (I hope I spelt the name correct) from Zeno stopped at our door to check on how things are and answered some questions that I had. What a great customer care. Also huge thank you to the installation team. Never expected the installation can be done this quick and clean. Thank you to the man that I didn't get the name for checking our dryer vent on the roof which we couldn't check since we don't have a ladder. Overall, I will definitely recommend Zeno to anyone that are interested in getting the solar panels installed. Everyone was professional and responsible.

Daniel Etches was the representative who helped me with the whole process of adding solar power to my home. He carefully explained everything I needed to know and followed up with me from start to finish. The installation by Zeno team was efficient and timely. The team respected my house and did not leave any mess. The professionalism is much appreciated. I would not hestiate to recommend and refer them to my family and friends.

I can’t say enough good things about Zeno. They were very professional stepping us through every step of the process from proposal, through the steps for the government grants and loan to hand off once all the inspections were done. Jonah was really great in answering all of our questions during the proposal stage and Tyler and his crew did an amazing job on the install. I definitely recommend them.
