They are very very good people like Judy,.Always ready for more saving and promo and their happiness to share more good price is priceless.Bought so many watches and now am tired of having them all. But loved the quality and Durability. Each one worth it well.

I have been here a few times and the customer services is bad. The sale guy is great, but the other ones that engrave the jewelry they aren’t. They are lazy and rude, they don’t give you options and don’t even try to help you. The last time I got a necklace they didn’t even gave me a box just a plastic bag even i told them it was for a gift. And today I was trying to get another necklace for engraving and the said they can’t engrave it, even online say you can do it.If you want a good jewelry you can go upstairs second floor of The mall and the store CHARMS are great! Good customer services and good products too.

Fine quality leather bags and suitcases and very trendy. Nice watches and wallets and other accessories for the person with fine and discerning tastes.Unfortunately the staff are slow to respond to customers and one can wait a long time to be attended. Staff is definitely sales driven and can come across as cold and removed and distant if they sense or think you are not there to make a purchase.They seem to judge on first impressions and decide after that if they will bother with you or are worth their time. Not the friendliest service which in my experience speaks of poor training and management. Function over form in sales manifest in a lack of professionalism which for the price point of their items should require a more attentive and ready to serve approach.Other than their merchandise there is nothing about this store that makes it stand out and perhaps that is why the staff comes across as aloof which may explain why they feel they do not have to work hard to earn their income. A bit entitled. Despite their great product for the lack of customer service quality alone I rate this store 2 star.

I went today to get service on a watch purchased there, needed a new battery. Was told since it boxing day they didnt have time and to come back tomorrow. There was 6 set of customers and 3 or 4 staff. The associate who i was told was the manager was behind the counter and she did not have any paying customers at the time. So apparently they are willing to take your money for new purchases but not help reoccurring customers who need service. If there would have been a line up of customers i would have understood however like i said nobody was paying for anything at the time and apparently my 5 minute tiny battery purchase wasnt worth their time. When an other associate asked what he can help me with i said battery replacement to which he looked over at the counter and said the manager made it clear they wernt doing it today. Such poor customer service. I was pretty vocal in the store after that telling them i am glad they will take your money but apparently sales are more important than keeping your customers happy with a quick service fix.

Fantastic experience with Judy at this location.Excellent knowledge of women's watches and all their features. Very helpful in providing recommendations for purchasing watches for my sisters based on their personalities and specific tastes. Outstanding customer service.Everything a shopping experience should be.I shall be back.
