Front desk staff gave me cancellation fee even though I live out of town and it was due to bad weather and a busted all wheel drive on my car where in the past others would give me a credit. Boo on service. Great pool and facilities though.

Excellent and knowledgeable staff. The place is very clean and friendly. There is something for everyone. Skating in the winter and you can walk the upper floor of the rink for your daily constitutional. Swimming and weightlifting is available. Plus bikes and a myriad of exercise machines await you. Classes and lessons are available and listed. If you are advised to pre-register then do so as they fill up full. We are a healthy lot in Nelson.There is always a staff person to help you with anything.

It's no wonder why the citizens of Nelson are so fit & attractive. This beats the snotbox out of a majority of fitness business I've attended recently. Excellent amount of work out equipment and large pool.

Love the pool, gym, skating arena. Has it all for family time. It's very clean and spacious throughout. The lifeguards at the pool deserve special mention, they are always great with the kids, respectful and attentive.

Great venue. Took the kids swimming and they had a great time. Lots of pool accessories to use, nice sized hot tub to relax in and the steam room AND sauna were a bonus! The facility was very clean too!

I’ve been training at the NDCC for about 6 months now and have been absolutely loving it. The personal Trainer, Jazmin has been extremely helpful with improving my mobility, strength and overall wellbeing. Great updated equipment, and generally a respectful and clean facility.
