One thing I don't like doing is car shopping. I have always gotten taken in one way or another. I don't have very good credit and was looking to just buy whatever I was approved for.Kevin found me a beautiful vehicle, fully loaded, something way nicer than I expected.There was nothing but 5 star service, kindness, no judgments. Best experience I have ever had when dealing with a vehicle purchase.I would recommend Lancaster to anybody . Great experience. After shopping around a few places and having a deal fall through I was connected with Kevin at GO2 Auto.Great communication every step of the way during the financing review and Vehicle certification. They even offered great value on my trade-in matching the trade-in value that another dealer offered when the deal fell through.I settled on a 2017 KIA Soul SX with an economical" DCT 1.6L Turbo engine.... that I fell in love with! I will be back. I have already told a few people about my experience there The GO2 Auto license plate covers are still on too..those are one of the first things that usually came off after driving off the lot. LolUnder their old Dealer name my family has purchased from here in the past too. They certainly have upped the quality of their vehicles on that small lot!"

I had contacted them over the phone and we pretty much made the whole deal happen over the phone, Ali was quite helpful with the whole process and by the time I got to Ottawa it took about 5 minutes to get the keys for the car and I was on my way to my next destination. Over all a pretty good experience for my first time dealing with a dealership.
