HP Optical Ajax

New optical store in town. I ordered the bi-focals and took advantage of their opening week promotions. Looking forward to picking up my pair of glasses. Customer service was pretty good and they were quick and efficient with the delivery.

I’ve been going here for a few years now, always great service. Staff is really helpful and tries to make things easier in all ways they can. I’ve had to pick up contacts on short notice, get my glasses readjusted and Jas always come through with exceptional service. Truly appreciate her and the team!

Recently visited the new Salem branch and the whole process was very quick. The staff was quite friendly and helped me select the frame best suited to the shape of my face. They have quite a collection for glasses.- Dhruv

I had a great experience here at HP Optical Ajax. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I was able to find a nice pair of glasses for myself and they made the process nice and smooth. They also had great selection of glasses to choose from. Highly recommend!

HPO is located at Durham Centre. The easy access is coming on Harwood at the entrance of this centre. After you get in the is located with other business at the right hand. There is a big parking lot for all the business of that part of the mall. Upon our entrance we were greeting by the staff at the counter. In our case we have already a prescription therefore we did not required a consultation with the eye doctor. We inquire the difference option for our glasses, in case of buying frames change the price. We opted for the option of having our frames with a new glasses for our prescription. Staff explained all the alternatives. HPO has various sleves with different kind of frames with different brand names such as Tiffani, Guess, Ray Van etc. It has at the end the doctor's office and other room that seems to be a lab. There are two statios one is the srea for the cash register and the other one is where your glasses are adjust. After all, we were told that the average days to get your glasses is one week and a half. We were happy with customer service.

Visited the new location on Salem today and impressed with both the selection and customer service! Friendly staff and quick to process orders.. look forward to picking up my glasses next week!
