Loved how well Sushi was taken care of. The genuine kindness as the receptionist saw that I was struggling to pay and spoke to the vet to change how to invoice was laid out to make it easier to pay was incredibly wonderful. The follow-up email that was sent as well made me feel as though the clinic actually cared about Sushi, rather than she was seen and forgotten.

We attended Eagleson Veterinary Clinic on the weekend with our two dogs as they had chance meeting with Mr Porcupine. Our regular Vet is closed on weekends. We called ahead piled in to drive an hour to the clinic. We were met with friendly staff who were kind compassionate. The Dr came and spoke with us in person about the procedure which was appreciated. Our two girls (dogs) greeted us with happy tails when all was completed. Thank you Eagleson Vet for great service and care. You are appreciated!

Dr.Ammar and the staff are compassionate and I drove an hour to this clinic specifically with my very sick boy, Samson. I was so worried but I knew he would get the best care that could be offered. My regular vet is amazing as well but because of the situation, my vet was not able to help as he needed more tests than they could accommodate. Samson is on the mend after having had his spleen with a very large mass removed. Thank you Eagleson Vet Clinic, you guys are truly the best and I hope I don’t see you under these circumstances again but anyone needing the best care for their fur baby can be rest assured that this team will do everything they can for the best possible outcome!

I knew my most recent appointment was going to be challenging since I had both pups with me (10 months and 11 weeks). Some last minute changes didn't allow for my partner to come with me and I wanted to make sure both girls were seen, which is why I took them alone.The staff was AMAZING! The vet tech (wish I knew her name) went above and beyond during this visit. They took great care of our girls, and followed up the following day to ensure both were doing well.I can't thank them enough for all they did to help me.Great job EVC! ❤️

Sunday morning my dog broke her canine. After calling all three emergency vets in Ottawa, and being refused service, I was so glad Eagleson Vet could fit us in. We were seen immediately by very welcoming and friendly staff.The vet was even able to perform the surgery within a couple of hours, even though he doesn’t usually do dental work on weekends.I can’t say enough good things about our experience.

Caring staff and vets. They took good care of our dog, who we brought in as an emergency because of a gastro problem. Excellent follow up and the vets were generous with their time in answering our questions after discharge.Would definitely recommend

We live on the Gatineau side and there is NO emergency veterinary service. I showed up at Eagleson with no appt. with my 9mth Frenchie Tulip".The staff took care of us so quickly and were so kind. The Veterinarian was honest

Wonderful clinic!! Took my almost 16 year old doxie there today. Front desk staff were kind, friendly, helpful, and courteous. The vet spent a couple of minutes talking to and petting my nervous pup before doing any sort of examination to establish trust. Took the time to ask good questions and listen. Didn't pressure in to anything extra, and made super helpful suggestions to help keep my old girl feeling her best.Thank you all! Little Hammy was feeling quite pleased with herself after all the love and care.
