Cannot believe how they are still in business. This was an insurance deal so them getting paid was never an issue. May-24 was all agreed so now came to the point to actually do the job. After over 50 emails, and 4 or 5 promises of the day to actually do the job, as of Aug-4 nothing was done. I ended up contacting the insurance and getting someone else to do the job. Why not just tell me they dont want the job? at minimum be honest.

Dealing with something like a basement flood is scary, stressful and really makes a homeowner feel uneasy. From the moment Matthew Diamond came in, we knew we were in good hands. He was friendly and kind, reassuring and knowledgeable, and very professional. The crew he sent to do emergency work was also very professional and meticulous, and cleaned up before they left. Thank you for turning a terrible situation around and handling it with professionalism and care.

They are the most Ignorant too the client they do not care how they leave them or there family they are always rude and some of there employees even show up drinking and driving too do the job and then they don't think that the clients should have a right to say something about it so over all they are not people who I would want too ever come back

Trash! Talking to me in person sound like they were gonna do the job in a week found out they don’t work on the weekend. The jobsite was messy from beginning to end and it still messy no one came up and picked up their mess at the end of the day not professional at allPersonally would just source out someone local and help them out.See nothing covered up as they said when they talk to them in person not a single drop towel on the carpet or floor…. Not professional just some regular handyman guys

Completely unhelpful and unresponsive to my requests for assistance. Customer service has made no attempt to be helpful at all and have been adverse to providing meaningful direction or assistance in getting the job done. They have bounced me around and have done their best to avoid work.
