I had recently brought my car in to have some body work done. Staff was extremely nice and willing to help me out. They had gone over all the options available to me and had explained each step of the process. Overall, the work was done within the time frame they had initially said and my car came back much better than when I first brought it in. Very enjoyable experience and would recommend this business to anyone interested.

Charterhouse Auto Body & Collision has provided us with amazing service. We ran into a situation with tow company that was less than cooperative in releasing a vehicle from their pound. Once we found Charterhouse Auto Body, Frank jumped into action and assisted with having the vehicle freed very quickly. Their shop completed the repairs and were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They worked efficiently and provided assurance along the way. Their phone number will definitely be saved in our phones and kept in our vehicles. Thanks for a job well done team!

Best place to go for body work. Paint good service no complaints

I had used them a few times over the years and it was decent work overall but there were hassles with cutting corners on parts. I got 2 quotes this repair for a vandalism scratch and decided on his competitor. When his competitor was unable to start the job 2 weeks after they claimed they would I took my car to Phil at Charterhouse Collision (Frank was on vacation).Phil declined the work because I didn't pick them in the first place. I already had arrangements with my insurance company to have the repairs done by Charterhouse and had to find yet another garage. They coulda helped me but stated not this time" I was repeat customer and would NOT recommend this garage."

Very nice company and worker. Called to get an air pump for my tire and they managed to come within 10 minutes! Excellent. Would definitely use again.

I recently ordered car storage and car inspection services. The guys were happy to help and did everything that I asked, even if it was 15 minutes before closing time. They were on the phone with me the entire time. I just paid, and I had no doubt about their services. I definitely recommend them.

I needed some last-minute work on my car and only had one day to do it. I called 20 different shops in the area and this was the only one able to fit me in. The owner Frank was accommodating, and the mechanic working on my car also offered to help me with another issue I was having, free of charge. Thanks, guys. Honest work.
