Meadow Valley Ranch

This is the most stunning, natural wedding venue that exists in the Okanagan. The entire site is full of charm and character. Our guests loved the yard games and petting zoo as well as the evening fire pits. The chandeliers make the open air barn feel romantic and cozy and the suite is a lovely place of respite for the bride and groom through the evening as well as a perfect spot to stay the night.

Over the past two years, I have been working with Denise and her family, hosting events at Meadow Valley Ranch. My company offers specialty iced coffee services to their guests.Firstly, the property is such a magical spot. I'd like to encourage prospective customers to view it. You will not be disappointed! Secondly, Denise and her family are some of the most authentic people you will encounter. They have admirable integrity and are an absolute pleasure to work with.Kudos to team MVR!

We had the pleasure of having our wedding at Meadow Valley Ranch in June of 2019 and it was absolutely beautiful! Denise was incredibly accommodating and had everything set up exactly the way we wanted. Her children were dressed to impress and not only walked the guests from the parking area to the venue, but also brought them around to see the animals while guests were waiting for the ceremony. All of our guests and family were extremely impressed with the property and Denise and her children. We can't stop raving about what a beautiful hidden gem this property is. If we had to do it again, we would be back here in a heartbeat!

We just had our wedding at Meadow Valley Ranch on June 20, 2020. What a relief to have everything run so smoothly after the chaos of figuring out all the Covid issues we might run into! Denise, her family & the staff were wonderful, ready to jump in whenever needed and always so professional with us. Our guests were astonished at how beautiful the property was and how stunning the barn and outdoor ceremony area looked. We are very grateful for such an amazing day at Meadow Valley Ranch, and so appreciative of the great service we had from Denise and her crew! Highly recommended for an event venue!

A hidden gem of a venue! The barn is immaculate and spacious with beautiful chandeliers - the views are stunning. It’s perfect for intimate weddings. The owners are such lovely people - so kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Nice place, hard to find.

Be cautious about booking. We had our wedding booked but due to Covid and the gathering limitation put in place by the Government of B.C. we decided to cancel. Denise refuses to refund even though Covid is out of everyone’s control. We had other vendors not even question a refund even though our signed contracts with them said non refundable. We understand that this is hard times for everyone but for Meadow Valley Ranch to run a business this way is completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this venue.

A good friend got married here and I was part of the wedding party. Denise and her family are amazing hosts and the venue is incredible. Can’t recommend this place enough!

My now husband and I were lucky enough to tie the knot an Meadow Valley Ranch. The venue is gorgeous and the price great compared to similar venues.Denise and her family and staff were welcoming, friendly, and their first priority was making the day go off without a hitch exactly as we wanted it. They set things up as we wanted them and went above and beyond with yard games, a petting zoo, and campfires when the sun went down. The staff were just the right kind of attentive: there when something was needed but not an overwhelming presence.Our wedding day at Meadow Valley Ranch was the best day of our lives so far and our guests had the best things to say about the venue.

As far as wedding venues go, this place has it all. It's a wedding photographers dream location. The facilities are beautiful and functional. The owners are hands-on with not only helping the wedding couple, but also lending a hand to all the vendors, including me, the photographer. I so appreciate their hard work, and attention to detail. The highlight for all the kids might be the miniature horse and buggy rides, courtesy of the owners' teenage daughter. What a memory that will be for those kids.
