Recently just got an inspection on a house. Brian Cross was our inspector and he did a phenomenal job. He did a thorough inspection, answered all the questions we had pertaining to the house and foundation. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what he recommends on certain things to repair. We both are extremely grateful to have him as our inspector.

Brian was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with during the inspection process. He was very thorough and honest. A family owned business where you can tell he truly cares about the service he provides. He told me I can contact him at any time in the future regarding the house/inspection if I have anymore questions which I thought was great

Cross Inspection Services is absolutely the best! 5 Stars, Yes! I wouldn't use anyone else. I had two home inspections done. The first, done by Steve Cross; the second by Brian Cross. Both did a very detailed, thorough inspection. The reports were easy to navigate. The inspections allayed any concerns I may have had as a new home buyer. I had total confidence the job was done right. Both Steve and Brian are very polite, friendly and easy to get along with. They were both on time and went above and beyond, answering all of my questions. The cost was also reasonable which was very appreciated on my part. Brian Cross was AMAZING. This is our first home purchase, so we had a million questions and Brian took the time to answer every single one and explain everything he saw along the way. On top of being the best inspector, he's just a great guy and we actually had fun following him around, hearing all of his tips and learning everything we need to know about our new house. His report was extremely easy to follow, with photos and arrows pointing out what he noticed. We followed up with him afterwards for his personal recommendations and he was quick to reply and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend Brian. We will definitely be using him again in the future.

Recently used Cross Inspection Services for home, septic, and well inspection of our new home purchase. So incredibly convenient to have all of those services together and done at the same time. Brian even added radon inspection for far less than other inspectors charge.But for all of that, Brian was incredibly thorough across all areas of the house and property. He explained every aspect of the inspection, and patiently answered every question we had.I can't imagine finding better quality, value, or professionalism in any other inspector. Brian was very accommodating as to date and time, even over the holidays. On the day of the inspection, he was there before we were.We received a written report the next day, and Brian was even available to answer questions by phone afterward. I would choose Cross again in a heartbeat.

I worked with Steve Cross this weekend for my home inspection. My realtor recommended him as he has used this company with other clients in the past and I was very satisfied with the entire process. Steve was timely, polite, and very thorough. Each step of the inspection process he explained in laymens terms. He recommended particular changes and upgrades that may be needed down the road. I would 110% recommend Brian from Cross Inspection Services to inspect your home. I am a first time home buyer and didn't know too much about the home inspection process. Brian did an outstanding job in explaining to me everything I needed to know before and after the inspection. Brian is very knowledgeful, thorough, and friendly. Brian was a joy to work with! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He completed a thorough inspection of our soon to be new house and found items of concern that allowed us to agree upon a lower price with the sellers. Purchasing a new house, especially one you know needs work, is extremely stressful. Brian's knowledge and detailed explanation and report alleviated much of that stress. Brian completed the final inspection report very quickly which allowed us to move forward with the purchasing process that much quicker. Brian was awesome! He showed up on time and had no problem explaining everything to us as he walked through the house inspecting. He gave us a lot of useful advice about what needed fixing. He did a wonderful job and cares about his customers, he followed up with us a couple days later just to check in and make sure everything was good with our sewer scan. I would highly recommend hiring him!
