the shameless Indian staff (Sonakshi) stolen customer’s money, she shouldn’t work in Calforex currency Exchange. I counted three times the USD money before I came to the WEM, I put the money into a envelope and gave it my wife, my wife gave the money to the dishonest Indian Sonakshi, she less counted $20USD, my wife didn’t count it, the thief Sonakshi said $780.00USD, but I gave the $800.00 USD to my wife before I entered the Calforex in WEM. Sonakshi quickly counted the money of $20 of value , but she didn’t use the machine for counting, that time my wife and I believed her, Sonakshi you knew whether you stolen my money, a disgraceful dishonest Indian woman.

The only bad thing is that they charge me a fee for transaction (CAN $5). This kind of fees don’t exist in other Canadian cities such as Montreal or Quebec City.

I brought my Canadian dollars in cash to get it exchanged here to Japanese yen yesterday evening and the beautiful female staff helping me was super nice. I calculated the exchange result before going in and she was patient with me while I was making a decision. There were options to pay the exchange fee on top of the amount I want to buy or have exchange service fee deducted from the amount I bought which ended up being only $4.50. Super happy and the bills were all crisp! She counted the money in front of me and I made sure to count the money after I received it while I was in the place. Nice customer service and honesty, I would come here again!

After waiting in line for 15min, I was informed they only take Cash or debit.

We had an unfortunate experience when visiting this currency exchange company. Upon arrival, the staff requested that we show our credit cards to complete the transaction. We felt uncomfortable and concerned about the security of our personal data. We believe that this goes against proper privacy and security practices. We hope that the company reviews its policies and procedures to ensure the protection of customers' personal information.

Went in there today going to exchange my Chinese New Year lucky money was okay for the waiting time I work in retail However the lady at the front told me that my 2000 dollar Taiwanese bill was gonna be less cause it was less desired and when I asked her why she just said it was harder to sell which I was okay with. Then I asked if i could pay the 3.75 on my prepaid debit cause it had like 5 bucks on it she said no and was really rude and said that it would screw up the transaction. When it came to finishing the transaction she just threw the money like she didn’t care on top of the envelope. When I asked her to put it in for me she just sighed in this really disrespectful tone and I just felt like what did I do wrong. I dont come often but I work in retail and I know how tough it is but that’s not how you should treat your customers. Truly disappointing.

Been coming here for years. The staff is thorough and professional. They give the best rates you will find anywhere. Princess is a joy and very easy to deal with. I will continue to use this branch for my currency exchanges in the future.

Good customer service over the phone... I got a good exchange rate for my Canadian dollar.. the lady wasn't rude but wasn't nice... she asked me tones of questions and I had to write a lot of personal sensitive information. I told her I have a bank receipt but she ignored it..... honestly next time I'll exchange through my bank with lower rate to avoid that much of (mysterious way of asking questions).
