the customer service is amazing and everyone is so kind not to mention i got the best nails i’ve ever had done!

I just moved to Milton, so naturally needed to find my go to for a nail salon. My experience was very disappointing - I requested for acrylic set, and although the paint job was beautiful - they fell off almost immediately (literally my pinky nail fell when I simply opened the car door on the same day!). Not even 3 days later, every single nail fell off.I called to request if they can fix or redo, and I got so much attitude for it - saying that I was not careful. Anyways, I call in and get an appointment with Cindy. She was rude and was harsh with me, and it felt as if she was purposely hurting my nail beds + cuticles (they were bleeding!!!). I asked politely if she can be more gentle, and she said she was???? She continued to tell me that it was my fault the nails fell & that it was due to my nails beds plus be not being careful. I have been getting acrylic/bio gel for 7 years now and I can tell when it’s done right or not.Please see video of my mail falling off the first time done, then see the pictures of my nails when they were redone (cuticles bleeding).

I recently visited a local nail salon, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The salon was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment. The staff were friendly and professional, and my nail technician, Cindy was skilled and attentive to detail. The range of services offered was impressive, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, it was a fantastic nail salon experience, and I highly recommend it.

Pedicure was ok until the lady cut my skin. She proceeded to do a horrible shellac manicure where her coworker had to help because she was doing such a bad job.. needless to say it’s been 3 days 6 of the nails are completely peeled off and one is chipping.

I wish I could give them negative stars, I do not know the name of the lady working there, I think she is the owner or manager, she have no respect for clients, me and my daughter felt very offended by her, lady who did my daughters nails, she made my daughters first experience for nails very aweful. she was so bossy and dominant .And the lady who did my nails do not know english and the other lady doing my daughters nails translating to her. And we felt they were making our fun in their own language which was so rude. My cuticles bleed after manicure, worse shape given to nails. We should get for the value of money we paid. I got shellac and my daughter got bio gel. Such a unprofessional job done. Never going again there and recommend others not to go and do not waste your money.

Had my nails done on Sunday 23rd and by Friday 28th 7 of my acrylic nails had lifted. Went to get them fixed annoyed that so many had lifted already. Was told they didn't have time to fix them and to come back. I didn't have time to come back later so they fit me in to fix them" . they looked awful. The work was poorly done and no apology was offered. Less than a week after getting them "fixed" they have all lifted off. I have never had this problem before. Messaged the owner after to say that I was still unhappy with my nails and will not be returning and received no response."

I’ve been going here for around 5 years and they’ve never done a bad job on my nails (which is why I keep coming back). The staff is nice and very accommodating; I would definitely recommend Cindy if you choose to book here!

Great experience! Called first and spoke to a very nice girl who said they could take me right away. Walked in and was greeted by Vivian. I was very overwhelmed by the huge selection of colours but Vivian listened to what I like, showed a picture and she said no problem I know exactly what I’m gonna do! She is such a pro! She did an amazing job, super fast yet thorough. So pleased with her work. Thank you Vivian!
